Why am I getting a free upgrade?

DAT is giving all carrier customers an upgrade to the next subscription level as a token of its appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

How will the free upgrade work?

The upgrade will be applied automatically within 5 business days of the promotion start date or the customer’s subscription start date during the promotion period.

At the end of the three months, customers will revert to their original subscription level unless they choose to upgrade permanently at the prevailing subscription rates.

What if I want to stay on the upgraded subscription level?

If you want to stay on the upgraded subscription level - great! Please call our support team at 800.547.5417 to change your subscription.

Free Upgrade Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

Double-click1.1. The free upgrade promotion is offered by DAT Freight & Analytics to its carrier customers. 1.2. Eligible customers will receive a free upgrade to the next subscription level for a period of three months.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Promotion is open to all existing DAT carrier customers with active subscriptions to the following plans:

• DAT Standard
• DAT Enhanced
• DAT Pro
• DAT Select
• DAT Office

2.2. Customers with subscriptions to any other plans or services not listed above are not eligible for this promotion.

2.3. New customers who sign up for any of the above plans during the promotion period are also eligible.

3. Upgrade Details

3.1. Eligible customers will receive the following upgrades from July 22 date to October 22 date:

• DAT Standard users will be upgraded to DAT Enhanced.
• DAT Enhanced users will be upgraded to DAT Pro.
• DAT Pro users will be upgraded to DAT Select.
• DAT Select users will be upgraded to DAT Office.
• DAT Office users will receive access to DAT's Best-Fit Rates.

3.2. The upgrade will be applied automatically within 5 business days of the promotion start date or the customer’s subscription start date during the promotion period.

4. Promotion Period

4.1. The promotion will commence on July 22 and end on October 22.

5. Post-Promotion Terms

5.1. At the end of the three-month period, customers will revert to their original subscription level unless they choose to upgrade permanently at the prevailing subscription rates.

5.2. Customers may contact DAT customer service to discuss permanent upgrades or changes to their subscription plans.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

6.1. The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

6.2. DAT reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. General Terms

7.1. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.

7.2. All other terms and conditions of the customer’s existing subscription agreement with DAT remain in effect.

7.3. DAT reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent activity.
